Over two days, on 15 and 16 October 2026, the Digital Talent EU Days at Trinity Business School in Dublin brought together employers, policymakers, educators and innovation ecosystems from across Europe to discuss how to build the digital and deep tech talent Europe needs.
Rosaria Rossini from our consortium represented DeepTechSeeds on the ground. She connected with researchers, industry and policy representatives, and shared how DeepTechSeeds is building a talent ecosystem that links academia, industry and the public sector to create attractive, sustainable career pathways for early-career researchers in deep tech.
A big thank you to Rosaria, to the organisers of this great event, and to everyone who stopped by to talk with us!
